Cardinals

The Cards are beginning to think they're a football team, only showing up to the ball park on Sundays. During the past three Sundays, the Cards have logged 32 runs, including yesterday's extra innings 12-9 win over the Cubbies. Scott Rolen was definitely MVP of the game yesterday, going 5-6 with 1 homer, 1 triple, and 3 singles. He also logged 3 RBIs and 3 runs. Quite a statbuilding day. I'm waiting for Mr. Molina's bat to start cracking once again. During the game yesterday, they were saying that Yadi had the best batting average on the team during spring training. Who'dathunkit? That's crazy. Yadi is my hero. The Cardinals offense will hopefully be getting some relief soon, as outfielder Juan Encarnacion has started his comeback rehab. Carp is also starting his comeback, which will be huge. I think it's about turnaround time.
